Can I try it first?
Yes. The Free plan is yours to keep — daily check-ins, one Arcade game, and emotional weather tracking. If your child wants more, Full SPA comes with a 7-day free trial before you're charged.
What's the difference between Full SPA and Family?
Full SPA covers one child. Family lets you add up to 4 kids under one account, and you get the Parent Intelligence Dashboard — a weekly summary of how each child is doing emotionally.
Can I cancel?
Anytime. You keep access through the end of your billing period. No fees, no forms, no questions.
Is my child's data safe?
We built this for kids from day one. COPPA compliant, GDPR ready, and — this is the big one — we never send a single piece of personal information to our AI. Not a name, not a school, nothing. Community interactions use anonymous Spirit Names.
Is this just for athletes or gifted kids?
Not at all. EISA's core program (CORE Protocol) is a complete SEL curriculum for every child. We also have specialized tracks for athletes, gifted learners, and creative minds — but the foundation works for everyone, ages 5-18.
Do schools get different pricing?
They do. We offer per-student annual licenses with volume discounts. Reach out to schools@eisa.academy and we'll put together a quote for your district.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards through Stripe. If you go annual, you'll save about 17% over monthly.
Can I change plans later?
Yep. Upgrades happen right away. Downgrades kick in at the start of your next billing cycle.
